The prefabricated bitumen membranes which KEN LTD. has successfully been supplying to the different markets in the world include two families of polymers. One of them is elastomeric polymers (SBS, styrene-butadiene-styrene)and the other one is plastomeric polymer type. (APP Atactic Polypropylene.)
The modified bitumen membranes we supply are produced in 4 different cold bending points. SBS based membranes are produced with -20 oC cold bending point, APP based membranes are produced in different cold bending points like -10 oC, -5 oC and 0oC.
In both types of waterproofing membranes consist of high quality reinforcements which exists in the middle of the thickness are non-woven polyester mat and fiber glass. The external face of the membranes can be either UV resistant mineral slates in different colors or fine sand or aluminum foil.
